What we can lend against

We lend against residential, commercial and mixed-use property, as well as residential development sites throughout England & Wales. Whilst we do not provide development financing, we can however offer bridging finance for modest renovations with planning permission granted.

Loan-to-value & term

Our loans are flexibly structured, with terms available of up to 18 months.

We lend up to £2,000,000, up to 80% loan-to-value for prime locations.

You'll receive an agreement in principle (AiP) usually same day and if you wish to proceed you can then instruct us to do so.

Our application process is simple and efficient. We have several ways of speeding up the due diligence process such as dual representation or desktop valuations.

Deal completes:

We ensure the deal completes in as fast a time as possible by diligently working with all parties and helping quickly iron out all queries. Once the deal completes your funds are transferred.
